On behalf of our client, a well-known engineering office in railway construction, we are looking for an experienced team leader for traffic system planning. In this key position, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to major railway infrastructure construction projects and lead a team of experts.

**Your tasks**: As a team leader for transport system planning in railway construction, you will be responsible for managing a highly qualified team of transport system planners and the successful implementation of projects in the field of railway construction. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing the traffic facilities team to achieve excellence.
- Development of innovative transport concepts and design of transport facilities for railway projects, taking into account safety and sustainability aspects.
- Close cooperation with internal teams, clients and authorities to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards, norms and legal requirements in railway construction.
- Proactive identification of solutions to emerging challenges and effective risk management.
- Regular reporting to senior management on project progress and team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in civil engineering, transport or a comparable field.
- Several years of verifiable professional experience in transport system planning in railway construction, including several years in a managerial position.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant norms, regulations and standards in railway construction.
- Experience in the use of specialized CAD software and planning tools.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Analytical thinking, precision and solution orientation.
- Business fluent in German, both written and spoken.
