Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and continuous monitoring of production progress and performance in shop floor. The majority of this role is seen as being actively involved within the Production area
- Optimization of quality, productivity as well as process reliability.
- In process quality control and documentation
- Resource planning
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, equipping them with the skills required to deliver the short, medium and long-term operational support the business needs
- Lead the implementation of long term staffing needs, based on strategic plan
- Clearly communicate to the team the needs of the business, the progress being made and acknowledge the contribution the team and individuals are making toward those objectives through regular team meetings
- High level knowledge of composite

**Position Specifications**
- A good general education, together with robust experience in the automotive industry or a related industry is necessary
- The ability to think strategically, to consider all aspects of the business and to initiate and lead change is essential
- Although this is nominally a ‘day shift’ job, reasonable flexibility in working hours is expected in order to complete tasks and support others in the business
- Ability to work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines is essential
- Work place will be in Tachov region in Czech Republic
