Auf der Grundlage wissenschaftlich fundierter Methoden arbeitet Capgemini Engineering mit seinen Kunden zusammen, um die Vision, den Kurs und den Fahrplan festzulegen, der dabei hilft, den Übergang zu nachhaltigen Produkten zu beschleunigen. **DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN BEI UNS**
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Angebots für nachhaltiges Produkt Design mit einem starken Fokus auf Kreislaufwirtschaft, Reduzierung von Emissionen und Innovationsförderung.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von nachhaltigen Designstrategien in Kundenprojekten.
- Überwachung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Produkte den höchsten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards entsprechen.
- Analyse und Integration neuester Trends und Technologien im Bereich Sustainble Product Design.
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Forschungsbereich zur Weiterentwicklung von Innovationsthemen.
- Förderung unserer Nachhaltigkeits
- und Entwicklungsabteilung sowie unserer Kunden im Bereich Nachhaltiger Produktentwicklung durch Organisation von Workshops und Schulungen zum Thema.
**DU ÜBERZEUGST UNS MIT**:
- Einem Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten mit Berücksichtigung von Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte
- Fundierten Kenntnissen über die Entwicklungsprozesse in der Automobilindustrie oder anderer Industriezweige von der Vorentwicklung bis zum Serienhochlauf.
- Tiefgreifendem Wissen über nachhaltige Materialien und Designlösungen sowie regulatorische Forderungen hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit.
- Erster Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ökobilanzierungen oder anderen Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen und die Integration in den Produktentwicklungsprozess (von Vorteil).
- Ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.
- Starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Innovativem Denken und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme kreativ zu lösen.
- Der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Kunden, Mitarbeiter*innen und anderen relevanten Interessengruppen zu interagieren.
- Hoher Motivation, neue innovative Nachhaltigkeitslösungen voranzutreiben.
