Your tasks
- Supporting internal and external IT audits and assessments
- Evaluating the effectiveness of controls, policies, and procedures
- Performing risk assessments and identify areas of non-compliance with Cybersecurity standards, regulations and best practices
- Reviewing Cybersecurity policies, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with industry frameworks and legal requirements
- Developing and maintaining plans, checklists and templates to facilitate consistent and efficient assessments
- Analyzing audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for management and technical teams.
- Providing guidance and support to internal teams regarding Cybersecurity best practices, risk management and compliance requirements

**Profile**:

- Acadamic degree in Computer Science, Information Security or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in Cybersecurity assessment, risk management or related roles
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, standards and regulations (e.g., TISAX, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
- Experience with Cybersecurity assessment methodologies, tools and techniques
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, operating systems and cloud platforms
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills of advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Professionalism, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
