**System Designer Safety**:

- Analyse der spezifischen Sicherheitsanforderungen des Kundenprojekts.
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen für die geplanten Anlagen.
- Zuarbeit für die Integration von Sicherheitsaspekten in das Design und die Konstruktion der Anlagen.
- Zuarbeit für die Integration in der Sicherstellung, dass alle Komponenten und Systeme den Sicherheitsnormen entsprechen
- Der Safety Engineer integriert die Ergebnisse der PL-Bewertung in das Gesamtsicherheitskonzept des Kundenprojekts.
- Nach der Festlegung des PLr erfolgt die Berechnung des tatsächlichen Performance Levels der Sicherheitsfunktionen. (SISTEMA)
- Kundenkommunikation bezüglich Sicherheitsfragen und Risikobewertungen
- Kommunikation im Projektteam
- Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen.
- Eine umfassende Dokumentation der PL-Bewertung und der entsprechenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen ist erforderlich

Fachlich:

- Abgeschlossene einschlägiger Techniker oder Studium
- im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Technisches Fachwissen:

- Umfassendes Verständnis der technischen Aspekte des Anlagenbaus und der spezifischen Testanlagen.
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik, Elektronik und Steuerungstechnik.
- Normen und Vorschriften:

- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der relevanten Sicherheitsnormen, wie z.B. DIN EN ISO 13849 und DIN EN 62061.
- Verständnis für die Anforderungen an die funktionale Sicherheit und die Bewertung des Performance Levels (PL).
- Sicherheitstechnische Vorgaben aus Maschinen-, Niederspannungs
- und Messmittelrichtlinie
- Risikobewertung:

- Fähigkeit, Risikoanalysen durchzuführen und Sicherheitskonzepte zu entwickeln.
- Erfahrung mit Methoden wie FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) oder HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study).
- Kommunikation und Beratung:

- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Beratungskompetenz, um das Projektteam und den Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheitslösungen zu unterstützen.
- Praktische Erfahrung:

- Fähigkeit, normative und Sicherheitstechnische Vorgabe mit dem Technikteam in reale Umsetzungen in einer Anlage zu verwandeln
- Fähigkeit, theoretisches & normatives Wissen auf reale Anwendungsfälle zu übertragen.
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung:

- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, um auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik und der Sicherheitsvorschriften zu bleiben.
