Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact and coordinate with the shipping agent in time to clear the goods for import, receive goods and check quantity and serial number with HQ’s record.

2.Responsible for shipment and package customization, choose the right logistics company based on product size and weight, save the logistics documents and inform the customer of shipping information.

3.Responsible for the management of prototype, second-hand and maintenance warehouse equipment;
4. Responsible for appearance inspection of the device to make sure that the device is in good condition before shipping out.

6.Operate the Netsuite in time every day to make sure that the inventory data in the system is accurate, especially the items which is serialized, and feedback problem in use process.

7. Record the DOA unit, including the type, quantity, return time, the customer, etc. Contact with the product manager and AE in advance for the devices that needs to be shipped back to China for repair, and contact the shipping agent to go through the procedures.

8. Record the spare parts in and out, including the parts sent by the HQ and purchased by the GE itself.

9.Other temporary tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Prefer to have warehousing and logistics working experience or relative major graduates.

2. Could use English as working language, fluent in German or Chinese will be considered as advantage.

3. Familiar with computer skill, EXCEL and has knowledge about ERP.

4. With a great learning capacity, strong coordination and communication skills.

5. Should be earnest, careful and responsible.

Pay: 2,500.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
