Die Mitarbeitenden des Teams Credit Risk Management bearbeiten und fördern das Angebot der Bank Julius Bär an besicherten Krediten, d.h. Barkredite, Bankgarantien und Derivate für die Private Banking Kunden auf besicherter Basis (z.B. Kreditvergabe gegen marktgängige Wertpapiere) sowie grundschuldbesicherte Immobilienfinanzierungen. Sie unterstützen die Frontorganisation dabei, kundenorientierte und risikoadäquate Lösungen im Einklang mit dem Risikorahmen der Bank zu finden und zu erhalten. Dabei führen Sie nicht nur die vollständige Kreditrisikobewertung der Sicherheiten und der Engagements der Kunden durch, sondern klären auch strukturelle, rechtliche, und regulatorische Compliance
- und Reputationsfragen mit den Partnern aus den jeweiligen Abteilungen.
Sie nehmen Ihre Aufgaben als Credit Risk Officer (m/w/d) / (Senior) Credit Generalist (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Immobilienkredite in der Marktfolge wahr und sind in dieser spannenden Funktion für die Bewilligung sowie Überwachung von Kreditrisiken von Privatkunden und vermögensverwaltenden Gesellschaften zuständig. Ziel ist es, Kreditrisiken zu verstehen, zu quantifizieren und richtig einzuschätzen. Für die Relationship Manager sind Sie damit ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner in sämtlichen Kreditbelangen und im Credit-Team verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Kreditgeschäfts in Deutschland.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Unterstützung der Relationship Manager (m/w/d) in allen kreditbezogenen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere bei Kreditanfragen, bei Reorganisation von Kreditengagements sowie bei regulären als auch komplexen Kreditüberschreitungen
- Analyse und Beurteilung von Kreditnehmern, Sicherheitengebern inkl. strukturellen, rechtlichen und Compliance-Risiken sowie Reputationsrisiken
- Beurteilung und Aufbereitung von Kreditanträgen inkl. der Bonität von Kreditnehmern, der Struktur der Kreditprodukte und -marge sowie der Bewertung von Sicherheiten (sowohl Immobilien als auch Wertpapiere inkl. Spezialbeleihungswerten)
- Identifizierung von Konzentrationsrisiken bei Sicherheiten und/oder Engagements
- Bestimmung der Risikoeinstufung von Kreditfazilitäten und Treffen von Kreditentscheiden innerhalb der zugeteilten Kreditkompetenz bzw. Aufbereitung und Votierung für die Weiterleitung an die Kompetenzträger
- Laufende Überwachung der Kreditengagements, Beurteilung von Limitüberschreitungen und Margenunterdeckungen sowie Vollzug geeigneter Massnahmen
- Verwaltungsaufgaben innerhalb des Portfolios, insbesondere Ein
- und Ausbuchung von Kreditlinien und Kreditauszahlungen, Zahlungsfreigaben, ordnungsgemäße Kreditdokumentation und Limitreviews
- Erstellung von Kreditreporten mit Risikoanalysen zum Kredit
- und Sicherheitenportfolio der Bank
- Lokale und funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Risikofunktionen (Legal, Compliance, Risk) und Weiterentwicklung von Kreditthemen
- Implementierung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Präsentationen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für die Frontorganisation und für neue Mitarbeitende
- Teilnahme an kreditbezogenen Projekten und Weiterentwicklung relevanter IT-Anwendungen der Abteilung
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Hoch
- oder Fachhochschule (Ökonomie, Banking, Finanz, Recht), bzw. äquivalente Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrungen im Kreditgeschäft vor allem im Immobilienbereich, idealerweise mit Wissen zur Firmen-und Lombardfinanzierung
- Großes Interesse an der Funktionsweise der Finanzmärkte und Finanzinstitutionen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Unternehmerisches Denken, gepaart mit der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Teamorientierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insb. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
