As an Operations Excellence Specialist (M/F/d) at Global Operations, you will ensure continuous and dynamic optimization of processes and systems worldwide along the entire value chain. In particular, your focus will be on the sub-areas of production and production-related areas with the aim of increasing efficiency and saving costs for sustainable corporate development.

**Your tasks**
- Be part of our "Global Operations" team and support us in the implementation and further development of the Operations Excellence Initiative at global locations as well as the integration of industry 4.0 in production (e. g. MES system, digital shopfloor etc.).
- Independently implement efficiency projects ranging from concept development to sustainable and independent implementation in interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments.
- Regular controlling of key figures as well as preparation of decision-making documents for management.
- Support continuous improvement on site through the use of lean methods as well as the training and instruction of multipliers in order to ensure smooth and profitable production.

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed Master's degree (e. g. in engineering, production technology, industrial engineering or comparable) and initial professional experience in project and change management.
- Business fluent command of written and spoken German and English.
- Entrepreneurial, result-oriented and team-oriented personality (M/F/d) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and high level of commitment.
- Willingness to occasionally travel worldwide (up to 20 %).
