WTX was recently founded to disrupt how heavy-duty vehicles trade globally and we believe the current process of buying or selling trucks worldwide is too complicated, nontransparent, and under-optimized. It doesn't need to be this way...

Our mission is to make the whole experience of trading trucks globally seamless, from finding a vehicle online to more efficiently and reliably being delivered with matching technology.

We are powered by KI group, investors, and partners in the industry with a proven track record of co-founding and running successful and impactful businesses worldwide.

We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart.

We are looking for an eager and excited Founders Associate ready to dive into all aspects of a B2B marketplace startup. You will work directly with the founding team to collaborate on various strategic initiatives that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals.

This is a great opportunity to take over responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment and have a direct impact on its success.

Join us in disrupting the used heavy-duty vehicles market

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support of the founders in strategic projects, e.g. identification and implementation of new business models, development of business plans or growth hacking initiatives
- Conducting market and potential analyses for new business areas and project ideas, as well as deriving recommendations for their implementation
- Support of the founders with investor relations & funding
- Prepare presentations, analyses and reports
- Support for international expansion/establishment of new markets
- Optimisation of processes and structures across all company divisions, supporting all teams
- Work on other topics that come up at short notice

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:

- Just completed or currently in the process of a Masters degree from a Top University (e.g. MBA, Masters in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Tech Mgmt, etc.)
- Just or almost completed a Bachelors degree from a Top University (e.g., B. Sc. in Business Administration)
- Pursued a personal venture/start-up
- Had an internship(s) in other start-ups, incubators, launch accelerators or venture builders
- Had an internship(s) from other disciplines but tech/venture-focused (e.g. Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, etc.)
