Anforderungen

University degree in a medical, pharmaceutical or natural science based discipline

Long-term experience in a management seat in a clinical research environment

Strong leadership experience with a style characterized by the transfer of responsibility, management-by-example

Ability to perform as a visionary leader who motivates the team and who has coaching abilities

Proven track record in change management

Medical-scientific competency to foster acceptance in technical matters among the high qualified staff

Consistence in content, true integrity and a self-confident appearance paired with strong communication skills

A strong command of the English as well as the German language
