**Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d)**

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Pädagogischen Leitungen bei der Kandidatensuche für unsere Schulbegleiter zusammen
- Mit Kandidaten führst Du sowohl persönliche als auch telefonische Vorstellungsgespräche
- Du baust neue, nachhaltige Kandidatenbeziehungen auf und baust bestehende Kandidatenbeziehungen durch kontinuierliche Nachbetreuung weiter aus
- Du gewinnst neue Kandidaten durch Active Sourcing Aktivitäten zum Beispiel in den Social Media
- Du bearbeitest den Bewerbereingang und pflegst den umfassenden Bewerberpool
- Du unterstützt die neuen Mitarbeiter beim Onboarding

Dein Profil sieht so aus:

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich)
- Du bringst 2 oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung als Recruiter mit
- Mit Kommunikationsstärke, Humor, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Spaß schaffst Du es, Menschen für Dich zu gewinnen
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit

Wir sind ein dynamisches Team im sozialpädagogischen Bereich im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Wir unterstützen Familien, Kinder und Jugendliche mit Schwierigkeiten und Beeinträchtigungen, wenn sie in der Schule qualifizierte Begleitung oder familiäre Hilfestellungen benötigen. Sie erfahren Unterstützung bei der Findung und wir assistieren bei allen Fragen rund um die Begleitung für ihr Kind und den jungen Erwachsenen.

Unsere Leistungsschwerpunkte sind die Eingliederungshilfe zur Teilhabe für Kinder und Jugendliche gemäß -35a SGB XIII und -112 SGB IX, sowie Leistungen in der Familienhilfe nach -31 SGB VIII.

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Teilzeit, Festanstellung

Gehalt: 3.800,00€ - 4.800,00€ pro Monat

Erwartete Arbeitsstunden: 30-40 pro Woche
