Requisition ID: 33401- Job Location(s): Offenbach Am Main, DEAt Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a **Trainee (M/F/d)** within our **Drives Sales Trainee Program **located in **Offenbach**. In this **2-year program starting in fall 2023**, you will get to know Danfoss Drives and its Sales organization with the goal to take over your own sales accounts (mainly in Southern Germany).

**Responsibilities**:
The program includes:

- Introductory week at our Headquarter in Denmark
- Several weeks of training on Danfoss Drives Products and with our technical and commercial sales support departments as well as service technicians
- Personal mentor throughout the Sales Trainee Program
- Relevant training sessions throughout the program

For the main part of the program, you will take over your own sales accounts, you will develop and manage the accounts including sales responsibility and you will identify new business opportunities with focus on electrification and energy storage solutions. You will be accompanied by an experienced sales colleague who will share the knowledge on contract management, customer relationship and stakeholder management. You will gain extensive knowledge in Danfoss Drives products (e.g. frequency converters) and technical solutions that will determine a green future.

**Background & Skills**:
For this position you have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree or technical training in electrical engineering, (international) business or industrial engineering or have an equivalent educational background. You have first experience from student or entry-level positions and are interested in working in a technical sales environment and contributing to future-oriented solutions. Additionally, we are looking for:

- Very good communication & networking skills with customer-focused mindset
- Curious to learn and willing to invest in your development, customers, and your team
- Flexible mindset as well as structured approach to projects
- Enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise to create best solutions
- Very good English and fluent German language skills
- Flexibility with regards to travel (approx. 20-30%, mainly within Southern Germany)
