Are you an expert in stakeholder management, driving things forward, and "walking the talk"? As a Specialist EWM Data Planning, you consider the bigger picture and coordinate with various stakeholders (Business Divisions, FE OPC, EWM) driving Infineon's demand planning for external manufacturing partners (silicon foundries). Beyond this, this role will give you the freedom to leave your mark and shape our planning processes, making them more convenient, transparent, and efficient.

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for the **global Frontend Infineon allocation process **for **wafer manufacturing **with external partners (Silicon Foundries (SiFo))
- **Ensure volume allocation and alignment with the business divisions and the external wafer manufacturing departments including sourcing and operational account managers**:

- **Contribute to structure and handle data flow **for Demand, Capacity for Silicon Foundries planning
- **Manage capacity corridor constraints **and **potential escalation **between the relevant stakeholders.
- **Support planning quality improvement **(tooling and process) for EWM planning
- **Concepting and creating diverse analytical reports **to support: the execution of demand planning issues, performance improvement, and management decisions.

As a Specialist EWM Data Planning, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Furthermore, you recognize and seize the potential for improving efficiency with dedication and determination. Lastly, you know and respect the values of the company and follow agreed processes and corporate rules.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration, Information Technology **, or similar
- At least 1 year of professional experience in **data analysis**:

- **Basic know-how of supply chain flows **and demand/capacity planning
- **Good communication, **interpersonal as well and intercultural skills **to manage target conflicts and mediate between stakeholders.
- **Knowledge of data visualization tools **, like **Excel **, **PowerPoin **t, and **Tableau is a plus**:

- A **data-driven mindset **that enables **well-founded proposals for solutions **and sustainable improvements
- **Fluent English language skills **, and German as a plus
