**Position**:
Sales Director - Automotive North & East Europe

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Due to significant increase in Automotive influence in the region we're looking for the Sales Director who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts with the automotive industry Clients in the North and East Europe region. This includes setting and achieving sales targets and developing and implementing sales strategies. The Sales Director will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with key customers / partners in the region and monitoring market trends to stay competitive and grow our share of the Automotive market.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategy to ensure we grow faster than the market in all product groups at all customer served.
- Demonstrate ownership of all customer relationships in the Automotive sector
- Lead N&E Automotive resources. Manage priorities, activities and support account development and service delivery.
- Collaborate across the One Arrow enterprise to develop winning strategies for all our businesses and services.
- Support EMEA Automotive strategic initiatives and where appropriate take the 'lead' with relationship and strategy development at designated group customers.
- Ensure corporate priorities, messages and programs are followed and executed with close management.
- Provide positive working environment, through clear goal setting, motivational behavior enforcement and strong rituals and recognition programs to support.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, ensuring clear strategies, business plans and local programs are executed.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business plans and supplier development plans in conjunction with respective business partners.

**Experience/Skills/Knowledge**:

- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering
- Solid sales background in automotive industry (products and services), electronic components industry background would be an absolute plus
- Several years sales experience (distribution experience is an advantage).
- Min. 3 years management experience
- Previous experience in working in international companies and matrix organizations.
- Strong and varied influencing styles.
- Languages: Fluent English is a must. German language proficiency is preferred but is not a requirement for this position.
