**Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung betreuter Gruppenarbeiten im Kurs „Arbeitsrecht kompakt“
- Du erarbeitest Lösungen mit den Teilnehmenden, leitest Diskussionen ein, führst Plenen durch.
- Du stehst den Teilnehmenden bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

**Anforderungen**:

- Du befindest dich im Studium des Personalmanagements oder der Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht, hast dieses bereits beendet oder Vergleichbares abgeschlossen.
- Du hast ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis des nationalen Arbeitsrechts und des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes.
- Du hast großes Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen im Arbeitsrecht, hältst dich stets auf dem Laufenden und integrierst deine Erfahrungen in deine Lehrtätigkeit.
- Deine sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, auch komplexere juristische Themen klar und verständlich zu erklären.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Verfügbarkeit am Vormittag von 8:45 - 13:15 Uhr
