Für unsere **Interne Revision** in **Stuttgart **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n **Senior Auditor (m/w/d)**.
Die Interne Revision nimmt als unabhängige Instanz innerhalb des Unternehmens Kontroll-, Prüfungs
- und Beratungsaufgaben wahr. Sie analysiert systematisch und zielgerichtet die Geschäftsprozesse, das Risikomanagement, interne Kontrollsysteme sowie die Unternehmensführung im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie die Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Normen. Hier schaffen Sie Mehrwerte und haben einen direkten Draht zur Geschäftsleitung sowie zur internationalen Konzernmutter.
**Woran du arbeitest**:
- Mitarbeit bei der risikoorientierten Planung und selbstständige/ eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von / Mitarbeit bei prozessorientierten Prüfungen in allen Bereichen der Creditplus Bank in Deutschland (Prozess
- und Systemabläufe aufnehmen und dokumentieren, Identifikation von Risiken und Kontrollen sowie die Dokumentation von Prüfungshandlungen gemäß den internen Group Audit Standards)
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Erstellung / Teilnahme in der Erstellung der Prüfungsberichte in englischer Sprache sowie Überwachung der durchzuführenden Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung an der permanenten Verbesserung der Prüfungsverfahren und der Berichterstattung
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen in Kontrollfragen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Problemstellungen
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams
- Unterstützung der Konzernrevision bei Prüfungen von Tochtergesellschaften im In
- und Ausland
**Was du mitbringst**:
- Bachelor oder Master Abschluss bevorzugt in einem Studiengang im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, ggf. Bankausbildung
- Mehrjährige/ Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in Interner Revision oder anderen Bereichen einer Bank/ Finanzdienstleiter und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse des Finanz
- und Rechnungswesens, des Risikomanagements sowie der gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Grundlagen des Bankwesens
- Gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse beide schriftlich und mündlich
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Database Management Tools)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit
- Sorgfalt, Objektivität und Lernbereitschaft
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
