**Junior Sales Process Specialist (m/w/d) / Assistant (m/w/d) to GPO Sales**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung des Global Process Owner Sales im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei projektbezogenen Aktivitäten zur Einführung des GELITA ERP-Systems
- Geschäftsbereichsübergreifende Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Stammdaten in allen aktuellen und zukünftigen operativen Systemen, z.B. bei der Einrichtung der Systeme und Beseitigung von Doppeleingaben
- Geschäftsbereichsübergreifende Durchführung von Aktualisierungen der Verkaufsprognosen für die verschiedenen Regionen
- Administrative Back-up-Funktion in Abstimmung mit dem Assistenten des Geschäftsbereichsleiters (z. B. Reisemanagement, Terminplanung)
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im industriellen Umfeld und/oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Salesumfeld
- Teamplayer mit einer sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verständnis für End-to-End-Sales und Order-to-Cash-Prozesse sowie starker Fokus auf kundenorientierte Prozesse (lokal und global)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Fundierte IT-Fachkenntnisse, insbesondere sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- SAP-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise S4/HANA
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
