In the position you will lead a innovative BCD technology development and transfer projects in the growing power semiconductor market. You are a part of the 300mm Module 4 Project at Infineon Dresden and work with us to enlarge our BCD portfolio within the next technology nodes.

In your new role you will:

- **Manage semiconductor process/device technology development and transfer projects**:

- **Guide team members **to execute according to plan
- **Be part of an important pilot projec **t and work closely together with the teams for the ramp of the new 300mm Module 4 in Dresden
- **Set-up of technology transfer projects **according to lead product requirements
- **Establish detailed project plans **including resource and budget requirements
- **Manage risks **throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle **project controlling, reporting, milestone completion, and documentation**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A technical degree **like Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or similar
- Several years of **professional experience including the lead of technical projects**:

- **Act as a formal tutor or mentor**:

- Hands-on **experience with Device and/or Process Engineering**:

- **Experience in working in a semiconductor fab **, for example with processes including lot tracking and handling
- Knowledge of **BCD devices **would be a plus
- **Working with or in foundries **is a welcomed experience
- Solid Project Management skills and **ideally an IPMA Level C certification**:

- **Very good English communication skills **. German language skills would be an asse

This is the world’s first high-volume production site for power semiconductors on 300 mm wafers.
