YOUR CONTRIBUTION
As **R&D Project Leader (M/F/d) Botulinum Neurotoxin: Migraine Indication** you will play a central role in the approval of a key indication for the future of Merz Therapeutics. You will lead cross-functional project team within the R&D departments to ensure efficient and result-oriented progress towards the goal and develop a common, positive spirit. This position offers you the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future success of the company and to shape the direction of our growth.

**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**
- Compose, lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to drive our development to achieve regulatory approval for the migraine indication as Project Leader
- Ensure adherence to quality, budget and timelines, taking into account internal project management standards and risk management
- Monitoring and managing the project budget and participating in the procurement of external providers
- Regular presentation of project progress to senior management
- Representing the projects in “Global Product Teams” and ensuring close cooperation with the respective “Asset Leader”
- Creating the necessary project documentation in accordance with applicable quality standards in cooperation with specialist departments and the Project Management Office
- Taking over further exciting projects and project teams related to our botulinum neurotoxin

YOUR PROFILE
- Completed university degree, preferably with a doctorate in a life science discipline
- Several years of experience in the management of clinical projects in various indications and preferably different medical fields
- Strong social and intercultural skills for the management of multidisciplinary and international project teams
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Independent, analytical, structured and strong implementation skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German
