**DEINE VERANTWORTUNG UND AUFGABEN**:
- Entwicklung und Planung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationskonzepten in Hinsicht auf nationale und internationale Messeauftritte, Produktpräsentationen und digitale Inhalte
- Verfassen von Texten und Gestalten von Präsentationen
- Dokumentation und Debriefing von Messen, Produktpräsentationen und sonstige Marketingmassnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Planungs
- und Organisations-Prozesse
- Beobachtung passender Markttrends und die dazugehörige innovative interne Implementierung
- Verwaltung und Koordination unseres Portfolios an Event-Materialien, Deko und Technik
- Mitarbeit bei der Content Erstellung für Social-Media, Intranet und Website
**DEIN PROFIL**:
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeptionierung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und idealerweise der Event-/Messeorganisation
- Starke konzeptionelle sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus
- Du managst souverän unterschiedliche Charaktere, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und hast ein verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber externen und internen Stakeholdern
- Als ausgesprochener Teamplayer bleibst du auch in hektischen Momenten ruhig, überlegt und flexibel und siehst diese als positive Herausforderungen
- Macher-Mentalität: Freude an der operativen Umsetzung; sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Kenntnisse in dem Verfassen von Texten in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie versierter Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel
- Reisebereitschaft u.a. für Messeeinsätze und Projekte an unseren internationalen Standorten
