Student Services Officer

BSBI offers industry-relevant programmes that focus on the development of practical entrepreneurial skills necessary for professional success.
Located in the heart of Berlin, we are an international business school that offers academic excellence, is a member of Global University Systems (GUS) and provides unlimited career opportunities for its students and staff.
**Position**:
The key objective is to support the Student Services team by fielding general student enquiries by various communication channels and to provide general administrative assistance.
In this role your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Being the first point of contact for our students.
- Supporting regular communication with students through various channels
- Delivering excellent customer service by providing seamless administration and effective communication.
- Issuing official letters to students upon request.
- Supporting students in their enrolment process on campus
- Guiding students in their questions regarding the BSBI policies and procedures.
- Answering phone calls from students and providing assistance as needed.
- Performing other administrative duties as requested by the manager.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Experience in front-line customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business correspondence with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Proven track record in the areas of student services, customer service, customer satisfaction, administration, higher educational management, and continuing education.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new approaches, solutions, and methods.
- Open and communicative, highly social and empathetic person

- You enjoy working in a team, showing initiative and introducing new ideas
- You have a flexible mindset and ability to adapt to different responsibilities
