Finance Assistant

To support the 80-strong team at the Starnberg location, we are looking for our future **Finance Assistant - part-time (m/d/f)**

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Customer invoices, incl. overdue reminders
- Intercompany invoicing
- Supplier invoices / payables
- Personal expenses, reimbursements
- Travel expenses
- Cash-Forecast
- Bank statement reconciliation

**The perfect match**
- Educational background in Economics or other relevant education
- Experience in accounts receivable, additional accounts payable experience is a plus
- Handling and reconciling bank statements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English - spoken and written
- Interest in working with data and systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Proactivity and openness to new technologies
- Detail-oriented
- Punctuality and organised
- Independence, diligence and reliability
- Communication and teamwork skills
