**Educational Services Sales & Operations Intern**:
Munich, Germany

We’re looking for a sales and operations intern to join our dynamic team to help us deliver on our mission to mobilize the world’s data_

**WHAT WE EXPECT**:

- _ Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship_
- Must be located in the Munich, Germany area
- _ Desired Class Level: Master’s program_
- _ Desired majors: Open_
- _ Recommended coursework: Education; Technology; Business/Economics_
- _ Bonus Qualifications: Additional language ability_
- _ Strong interest in educational services and a passion for improving customer learning experiences_

**WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN**:

- _ Contribute to the creation of learning journeys for EMEA and global customers, supporting them in their digitalization and data transformation projects_
- _ Hands-on working experience with our internal tools to identify training needs and opportunities. Leverage the insights gained to network with internal stakeholders and customers directly_
- _ Liaise with other Snowflake teams (sales, marketing, engineering, product development) to understand the customer journey and implement those learnings as part of a customer’s training strategy_
- _ Support the organization of individual customer and mass-scale training events. Work closely with the Education Services Operations Team to understand and implement operational processes_
