**Abbott Transfusion** is looking for a Professional Quality (m/w/d), based in Wiesbaden, Abbott GmbH.

**Primary Function**

Conducts quality-related activities to deliver consistent, high-quality documents, services, products, and processes, which add value to the business.

**_Core Job Responsibility_**
- Planning, initiation, and coordination of validation projects, e.g., cleaning, process and equipment qualification/validation including validation of computerized systems.
- Perform Periodic Validation Reviews in alignment with current industry standards.
- Participates as Member in Cross Functional Teams regarding validation topics.
- Ensures compliance to division & site policies and procedures.
- Acts as SME during internal or external Audits.
- Defines project goals and milestones.
- Responsible for timely project completion.
- Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Ensures that solutions are compliant, innovative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives.
- Applies risk management tools.
- Applies problem-solving tools.

**_ Education _**:

- Apprenticeship or Bachelor or master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline is required OR relevant combination of education or experience.

**_ Background_**:

- At least 5 years work experience in Validation, Engineering, Quality, or related field experience; Less experience may be appropriate with advanced degree.
- Preferred experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, quality regulations/guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH, WHO) and in data integrity
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics
- Demonstrated successful project execution e.g., through previous positions or work experience.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
