Zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilung New Business/GVI suchen wir am Standort Malsch einen

**Projektkoordinator Business Development** (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Koordination mehrerer Projekte im Bereich Entwicklung und Business Development
- Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung laufender Kundenprojekte
- Transfer von Kunden
- und Marktanforderungen in Produkt
- und Produktionskonzepte
- Technische Produktentwicklung mit den Kunden und enge Rücksprache mit der Produktion
- Technische Spezifikation von Lieferantenanfragen bearbeiten und Lastenhefte erstellen
- Abklärung von Kundenanfragen und interne Abstimmung bezüglich geeigneter Fertigungs
- und Produktionsprozesse bis zur Übergabe an die Produktion
- Planung der Prototypen-, Muster
- und Vorserienwerkstatt hinsichtlich der verfügbaren Ressourcen sowie Koordination der Maschinenauslastung unter Berücksichtigung sich ändernder Prioritäten
- Erarbeitung strategischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung
- Informationsbeschaffung für die Bewertung des Marktumfelds
- Technologie Scouting hinsichtlich relevanter technologischer Entwicklungspotenziale für die KÖNIG METALL Gruppe
- Management schützenswerter Design
- und Produktionsmerkmale

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Universitätsstudiums im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Koordination von komplexen Projekten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Entwicklungsumfeld, Account-Management und im Umgang mit Start-up Unternehmen sind wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Wärme
- und Energiespeicher sowie Elektromobilität
- Anwendungserfahrung agiler Methoden wie Scrum
- Ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe für neuartige Problemstellungen und Fähigkeit zur Erarbeitung neuer Lösungsansätze
- Ausgezeichnetes technisches sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kostenplanung und Budgetierung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisations
- und Planungsstärke sowie Flexibilität
- Kreativität, Entscheidungsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
- Arbeiten in Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
