Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.

Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

The Moonfare team brings together individuals with a wealth of different backgrounds, from leading investment and private banks and private equity fund managers to disruptive tech startups, leading newspapers and top law firms. **Product Management Intern (M/F/d)**

Are you curious and driven by challenges? Moonfare invites you to embark on an extraordinary journey as part of our dynamic Product Management team. As a Product Management Intern, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and navigate through exciting challenges on our current website projects.

**You will**:

- Identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates through the analysis of data-driven insights in adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into wireframes.
- Support the team in creating a roadmap split by phases.
- Coordinate efforts between design, marketing and engineering teams to implement website changes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.

**The next Moonfarian**:

- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Has prior internship experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ideally has knowledge within at least one of the following topics: marketing principles, basic web development, user-centered design principles or data analysis and interpretation.
- Exhibits outstanding communication skills partnered with a collaborative & team-oriented mindset and exceptional project management capabilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset and great problem-solving skills.
- Displays curiosity, friendliness and an enthusiastic drive to seek out opportunities for innovation.
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and adeptly adjusts to rapidly evolving environments.
- Previous experience in Webflow or Heap is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written.
- German is a plus

**Salary: 2200 gross per month**

**To be eligible for this position you should**:

- Have at least six months availability.
- Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
- Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
