**Your future tasks**:

- **Determine** how our users can reach their goals even more easily and find **real added value**:

- **Use** qualitative and quantitative research methods to make feasible recommendations and decisions
- **Design, conduct and analyse** user tests including documentation
- **Provide** actionable insights and recommendations in reports, presentations, or workshops
- **Support** internal projects along the customer journey by designing user-centric business strategies, digital products or services
- Proactively **evolve** our research and testing strategies, tools, and methods to sustainably improve user experience and usability

**Your profile**:

- **2+ years** of professional experience in** UX** or comparable, e.g. **e-commerce, UI design, customer relationship management** or **market research**:

- **Completed degree with a focus on business** (e.g., BWL, VWL), **psychology** / business psychology, media **informatics
