Your role in our team

**#Tasks**:Your main task is to provide our customers with optimal support and assistance in 1st and 2nd level support within our customer service in the area of returns management.
- #Interface function: You handle clarification cases in close coordination with other departments and external partners such as technology & support, sales, carriers, distributors and manufacturers.
- **#Working environment**: You can expect strong team cohesion and varied activities.**Profile**:
**#Background**: You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a management assistant for dialog marketing, management assistant for office management or a similar qualification.
- **#Work experience**: You have initial experience in customer service and ideally have knowledge in the areas of complaints, guarantees and warranties.
- **#Customer orientation**:You keep calm even in stressful situations and have tact in dealing with customer complaints. Customer satisfaction is your drive and motivation.
