We’re looking for an intern to join our human truth team who is curious and thrilled by understanding human needs and motivations.

**You are**
- Into market research, insights, and brands
- Not afraid of helping to translate qualitative insights into quantitative research set up
- Student of Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business or other
- Creative, Insight-driven, and have a structured way of thinking
- Fluent in English and conversational in German

**You will**
- Join an open-minded, highly collaborative, and international team
- Work with guidelines and timeframes, while staying flexible
- Support senior team members in facilitating focus groups, online communities and conducting qualitative in-depth interviews
- Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Contribute ideas and creativity at all stages of a project
