**Role Overview**:
**Your Tasks**:
- ** Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, & implement instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, & assessments.
- ** Content Creation**: Develop multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, & e-learning modules, to enhance the learning experience.
- ** Needs Analysis**: Conduct needs assessments & learner analysis to identify learning objectives, content requirements, & instructional strategies.
- ** Technology Integration**: Utilize educational technology tools & learning management systems to deliver & manage course content effectively.
- ** Evaluation and Assessment**: Design formative & summative assessments to measure learning outcomes & evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality & accuracy of instructional materials through thorough review & testing processes.
- ** Professional Development**: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, & emerging technologies in instructional design & educational technology.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, & e-learning development.
- Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems, & multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, WorkRamp).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), & instructional design models.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information clearly & engagingly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills & a passion for innovation in learning design.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in corporate training, higher education, or professional development is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
