Junior Data Specialist

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a **Junior Data Specialist **to manage technical, inspection and maintenance data in the Oil & Gas and chemical production sectors.

The resource will be hired as **full-time **resource for **six months** It will be required on-site work directly with our client in Oberhausen.

**Day to day duties**:
On-site data loading of the following types of data:

- Design/ Construction information extracted from CAD engineering drawings and piping isometric drawings.
- Cataloguing of Document/Attachment data for mass uploading.
- Entry of Inspection and Testing Data (Visual Inspections, Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, etc...).
- Recording Anomalies observed during inspections/testing & Recommendations made by Plant personnel.
- Risk Based Inspection Data Entry
- “Tagging” of Point Cloud Data, Process & Instrumentation Diagram, Local Maps, and Geo-referenced Maps with asset locations.
- Entry of Planning and Schedule Data

**Requirements**:

- High school or college-level diploma
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
- Excellent **German **and **English **speaking and technical writing - other languages may be an asset
- Studies preferably in the technical-scientific field
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency to use IT systems
- Strong organization and data management skills
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy and punctuality
