**in München**

**IHRE ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE**:
Sie unterstützen das Immobilientransaktionsteam bei seinen spannenden und vielfältigen Aufgaben, dazu gehören:

- Prüfung von Immobilienangeboten
- Erstellung von Objektanalysen und Projektkonzeptionen (u.a. Cash-Flows, Development-Kalkulationen)
- Anfertigung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Vorstand und Gremien
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Standortanalysen
- Begleitung von strukturierten Verkaufsprozessen

**DAUER**:

- Idealerweise 6 Monate, kürzere Dauer nach Absprache möglich

**IHRE KOMPETENZEN**:

- Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem oder finanzwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen bzw. Einblicke im Immobilienbereich
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, gutes Zahlenverständnis und ein damit verbundener sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten sowie ein gutes Organisations
- und Koordinationsvermögen
