**ÜBER UNS**:
**Econos **ist ein FinTech, welches Privatanleger:innen mittels neuester Blockchain-Technologie Zugang zu grünen Investmentmöglichkeiten am privaten Kapitalmarkt ermöglicht (z.B. Wald, Erneuerbare Energien und Climate Tech Venture Capital). Institutionelle Investor:innen haben die finanziellen Möglichkeiten dieser alternativen grünen Anlageklassen bereits erkannt und ihre Investments in den letzten Jahren signifikant gesteigert, trotzdem fehlen noch immer 50 Billionen Dollar bis 2050, um die globalen Klimaziele zu erreichen. Mit der Demokratisierung dieser Investmentmöglichkeiten leistet Econos einen signifikanten Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Zukunft und unterstützt Privatanleger:innen beim Aufbau von diversifizierten und zukunftsfähigen Investmentportfolios.
- Wir sind auf der Suche nach unternehmerischen Köpfen, die signifikant am Aufbau eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens mitwirken und die Investmentbranche wegweisend verändern wollen und dabei unsere Vision einer nachhaltigen Zukunft teilen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Unterstützung des Econos Investment Teams
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Verantwortung zukünftiger Investmentmöglichkeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Team
- Sourcing, Screening und Bewertung möglicher Investments in den Bereichen Wald, Agrar, Venture Capital und Erneuerbare Energien
- Mitarbeit bei Due Diligence Prozessen und Transaktionen inkl. Verhandlungen mit Stakeholdern
- Mitwirkung bei der Modellierung von Akquisitionen sowie Strukturierung von Finanzprodukten, inkl. Abstimmung mit Expert:innen, Anwält:innen, Steuerberater:innen und sonstigen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung im laufenden Management von Assets sowie Definition und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Wertsteigerung und Förderung der Nachhaltigkeit

**DU BRINGST MIT**:

- Ein weit fortgeschrittenes bzw. bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Finance-Bezug und sehr guten akademischen Leistungen
- Idealerweise erste relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich Investment Management oder Investment Banking bspw. in der Beratung, im VC oder bei Early Stage Ventures
- Eigeninitiative und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge voranzutreiben
- Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist
- Leidenschaft für die Bereiche Nachhaltigkeit, Erneuerbare Energien und CleanTech
- Begeisterung für innovative Geschäftsmodelle mit langfristigem Impact und Neugier auf Zukunftstechnologien
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
