Das Centre for Languages and Diversity als Lehr
- und Serviceeinrichtung der SRH Hochschule Berlin ist zuständig für alle fremdsprachlichen Belange, insbesondere für die Fremdsprachenvermittlung im Bachelor
- und Masterbereich. Das Sprachenzentrum führt sprachliche Einstufungstests gemäß dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen durch, betreut das Anmeldeverfahren zu Kursen und verwaltet diese. Weiterhin gestaltet und organisiert das Centre das Diversity Training für unsere Masterstudiengänge. Das Training umfasst neben Sprachkursen Exkursionen und Veranstaltungen, die sich unter anderem mit den Themen Lebensstil, Chancengleichheit und auch landeskundlichen Themen auseinandersetzen.
Zur Unterstützung der allgemeinen administrativen Prozesse (Planung des Semesters, Anmeldung zu Kursen, Betreuung der Kurse, Kommunikation mit Studierenden) und der Organisation und Umsetzung der außercurricularen Veranstaltungen sucht das Centre for Languages and Diversity einen** Werkstudenten (w/m/d)** ab zum 1. Oktober im Umfang von bis zu 20 Wochenstunden und im Rahmen eines befristeten Anstellungsverhältnisses.

**Aufgabe**:
- Organisatorische Unterstützung der Verwaltung der Sprachkurse (CampusNet)
- Betreuung des Anmeldeverfahrens für Sprachkurse
- administrative Aufgaben (z.B. Planung des Semesters, Büroorganisation)
- Betreuung der Sprachkurse
- Unterstützung bei Organisation und Umsetzung des Interkultureller Trainings
- Aktualisierung des Webauftritts des CLD
- Unterstützung von Implementierung und Verbesserung digitaler Arbeitsschritte und Formate
**Profil**:
- Ordentlich immatirkulierter Studierender
- Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch (mindestens B2) und Deutsch (mindestens C1)
- Hohe Kontakt
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Präzise und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Sichere Anwendung von MS Office und gute IT-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit zu arbeiten
