**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:
As part of the Field Operations Leadership team you will help the site achieve performance targets (KPIs), support the learning and development strategy of all Service and Refurb Technicians, and provide daily support and coaching to ensure all repair SOPs are followed correctly.

**YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON**
- Lead the Service team in the overall management of the Service team function, including staffing and rotas, SOP adherence and continuous improvement projects.
- Work collaboratively with all Service and Refurb Technicians and empower others through hand-ons 1:1 coaching and training.
- Support all Service team training requirements, including collaborating closely with other departments to roll out new initiatives, SOPs and products.
- Work collaboratively with all Service and Refurb Technicians to achieve collective KPI targets whilst abiding by the Peloton values.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new hires and ongoing coaching as needed.
- Support the Field operations Experience leadership team in the upkeep of Service vehicles, ensuring they are kept in a good and clean condition and any issues are brought up to the Delivery Experience Supervisor.
- Support the Warehouse Operations leadership team in all spare part inventory planning.
- Be responsible for the tracking and management process for all spare parts, returns (in conjunction with other teams) and refurbed inventory to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all Inventory Control related activities.
- Own daily communication with Service team members to ensure a smoothly run day for team members and members.
- Proactively flag any customer critical issues or feedback to the Field Operations Manager or Delivery Experience Supervisor and liaise with member support as needed.
- Lead by example by carrying out all Service team responsibilities to the highest standard.
- Serve as a Peloton product expert and build genuine passion for our brand.
- Ensure the Service team is providing best-in-class customer service and education to build member excitement and engagement with Peloton's products and community.
- Ensure the accurate use of all digital delivery tools to track routing, complete appointments, and fulfill appointments by Service team members.
- Support Warehouse and Brand Ambassador Leads in their day to day tasks, including supporting their workload when not working.
- Support the wider depot leadership team in driving overall engagement, supporting cross-training and upskilling initiatives as well as driving a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Support the wider Field Operations functions as required, including working closely with fellow Lead Service Technicians and sharing standard methodologies to drive consistency between sites.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure they are across all issues occurring and work together to improve processes and feedback cycles.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON**
- Experience working in a technical/mechanical role with knowledge of best practices.
- Experience using one or more inventory management systems (Netsuite, SAP, Manhattan or equivalent) to manage and control inventory accuracy.
- Experience hiring and building a hard-working team.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve operational and customer issues on your feet with a bias for action.
- Highly organised with relentless attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and also to collaborate in a diverse team atmosphere or with peers across multiple sites.
- An outgoing, dynamic personality and excellent communication skills
- A passion for health, fitness and exercise.
- Experience in Ecommerce or FMCG industries, or operationally similar industries preferred.
- Must have a valid DE driver's license and a clean driving record, experience driving vans up to luton-size advantageous.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
