What to Expect
- Als Store Supervisor (m/w/d) bei Tesla bist du eine erfahrene und charismatische Persönlichkeit, die die Mitarbeitenden in unseren Stores vertrauensvoll leitet. Außerdem bist du für die Überwachung und Steuerung der Verkaufs
- und Ausliefervorgänge an deinem Standort verantwortlich. In dieser Funktion bist du für die Leitung der Verkaufsabwicklung, sowie die Einstellung, Schulung und Entwicklung eines dynamischen Salesteams verantwortlich.

What You’ll Do
- Unternehmensleistung
- und entwicklung: Zu deinem Alltag gehört die Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, um die Vision, die Geschäftsanforderungen und die Strategien an deinem Standort zu kommunizieren und umzusetzen
- Operative Exzellenz: Du behältst den Überblick über das operative Geschäft und setzt die geschäftlichen Anforderungen in Maßnahmen vor Ort um. Dabei treibst du kontinuierlich Verbesserungen voran, um außergewöhnliche Teamleistungen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu ermöglichen
- Personalmanagement: Zeige einen praktischen Ansatz, indem du die Mitarbeitenden an deinem Standort konsequent coachst, schulst und weiterentwickelst
- Kundenbetreuung
- und Beratung: Bei Kundeneskalationen kannst du schnell und effektiv die Situation bewältigen und unterstützt dein Team bei schwierigen Kundenanliegen, um Entscheidungen im besten Interesse der Kunden zu treffen und gleichzeitig die Mission von Tesla zu unterstützen
- Tägliches Business: Stelle sicher, dass dein Team in der Lage ist, die wichtigsten Verkaufsziele zu erreichen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Schaffung von Verkaufschancen, die Planung von Probefahrten, die Aufrechterhaltung einer gesunden/aktuellen Pipeline mit häufigen Nachfassaktionen, sowie auch die Förderung neuer Bestellungen und alle anderen Aktivitäten vor der Auslieferung, um reibungslose Lieferungen und hohe CSAT-Werte zu ermöglichen

What You’ll Bring
- Erfahrung: Für diese Anstellung verfügst du starke Leitungserfahrung und Verständnis für das Geschäft und die Produkte sowie auch nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Coaching und Mentoring von Vertriebs
- oder operativen Funktionen. Dazu hast du eine unternehmerische und analytische Denkweise mit sehr guten Kenntnissen des lokalen Marktes
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Berechtigt: Du hast eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis und hast seit mindestens 2 Jahren eine gültige EU-Fahrerlaubnis
- Flexibilität: Du bist du auch abends und an Wochenenden bereit zu unterstützen
- Tesla-Mission: Du brennst für die Mission von Tesla
