Wir beraten mittelständische Unternehmer, internationale Konzerne und Private Equity Investoren bei allen Corporate Finance Themen (M&A, Kapitalmarktberatung und Debt Advisory).

Wir suchen im Bereich Debt Advisory für den Standort Frankfurt talentierte und ambitionierte Mitarbeiter/innen, die den Einstieg in ein unternehmerisches und dynamisches Umfeld suchen.

Aufgaben

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Finanzierungsprozessen (LBO-Transaktionen mit Private Equity Hintergrund, Wachstumsfinanzierung im Corporate-Umfeld sowie Refinanzierungen von bestehenden Kapitalstrukturen)
- Analyse und Recherche von Unternehmensinformationen unterschiedlicher Branchen zur Erstellung von Pitch
- sowie Bankenpräsentationen
- Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow) inkl. Finanzierungsstrukturen/-instrumenten
- Eigenständige/Selbständige Übernahme einzelner Projektschritte im Finanzierungsprozess

Qualifikation

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Sie verfügen über einen hervorragenden Abschluss im Bereich BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o. ä.
- Sie verfügen über 2-4 Jahre Transaktionserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen (Debt Advisory, M&A-Beratung, Investmentbank, Corporate Finance, Private Equity/Debt, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung o. ä.)
- Sie sind es gewohnt, nicht nur operativ, sondern auch strategisch zu arbeiten und sind in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern bzw. Mandanten verständlich darzustellen
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (besonders Excel u. PowerPoint)
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen
