**Your Role**:
At StudySmarter, people are at the heart of everything we do. As such, we are looking for a working student to join the people team and contribute to our exciting goals in 2024. Working with our VP People and Head of People Operations, this individual will have the opportunity to have a real impact on our hiring and operational projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support ongoing recruitment as we expand across our key markets and target key talent
- Develop a pipeline of sales talent in Germany; working in collaboration with sales leaders
- Lead on recruitment administration and coordination
- Work with the Head of People Operation on general people administration and support of people processes.
- Help develop fantastic experiences for our new joiners across our onboarding cycle
- Support the generation and administration of legal document, contracts and other agreements for our existing employees
- Administer the activation / deactivation of employee accounts and licenses
- Support the organisation and running of company events; on-site and remote

**What you need to succeed**:

- A passion for people and talent; keen to develop a career in HR
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects / work in parallel
- Interest in technology; using different systems and softwares in the course of your work
- Fluency in English and German written and verbal is required.
- Based in Germany but can work remotely, we have an office in Munich.
