Production Planner

Comply with all internal and external safety regulations pertaining to environmental protection and occupational & traffic safety according to the GRACE EHS system.
- Efficient detailed production planning and sourcing from vendors and tollers according to company rules and targets, cost optimization and considering production capabilities
- Order scheduling and confirmation of all sales orders in line with company rules
- Scheduling of raw, packaging materials and semi-finished products based on production schedule, finished products from suppliers/tollers and other GRACE sites (Global Supply Chain Concept)
- Inventory management - Shelf life monitoring, Blocked Stock, Slow Moving, Repack order management etc.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving in terms of material availability within the Integrated Supply Chain organization in co-operation with Sales Departments worldwide, Product Management, Operations and Technical Departments
- Liaise with Forwarding and Operations to optimize material flow to be in line with our internal goals and targets as well as external customer expectations.
- Coordinate and Communicate with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, Integrated Business Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Forwarding and Warehouse
- Participate and drive Integrated Supply Chain related and SAP integration projects

- Basic technical understanding of production processes
- Commercial knowledge and understanding
- Customer Service oriented
- Fluent English
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Good SAP skills (SD, MM, PP) + SAP APO-PPDS + SAC
- Good communication skills and team spirit

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Economics or adequate education and experience in comparable position with several years of positive track records
