- Contribute to the development and delivery of premium infotainment solutions for next generation Lotus Lifestyle vehicles.
- Take responsibility to lead a project of Smart Cockpit, including multiple infotainment and connectivity domains such as (e.g., navigation, phone projection, media, radio, audio, speech, TSP), in quality and time.
- Create comprehensive status reports of the SW maturity as well as the product/module maturity along the development cycle.
- Manage and steer multiple suppliers and sub-suppliers as the project lead on the SW delivery.
- Review of infotainment and connectivity SW deliverables in close cooperation with the related product owners and the validation team.
- Track the maturity of the SW, ensure compliance with market specific requirements and regulations (e.g., Europe, North America, GCC, Australia and New Zealand).
- Challenge the technical content and product definition under the aspects of performance and competitiveness. Identify gaps, propose improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.
- Support the definition of validation activities, review validation results and drive issue resolution internally and with suppliers.
- Ensure that launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfilling customer expectations.
- Perform benchmark activities, analyse market and technology trends and present conclusions to the leadership.
- Contribute to setting up the global workshare with other Lotus entities including marketing and sales, product planning and definition and other co-locations around the globe.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science or a related course of studies.
- 5-10 years of working experience in the infotainment field, preferably at an automotive OEM or Tier 1
- Experience as feature/product owner in the infotainment domain
- Technical expertise within multiple of the following infotainment and connectivity domains such as: Navigation, CarPlay/Android Auto, Media, Radio/Tuner, Audio, Speech, TSP as well as overall Android Automotive operation systems.
- Understanding of the overall infotainment domain, bringing a holistic view and awareness of the role of individual components and functionalities in the overall system context
- Experience in development, delivery, and certification of CarPlay and/or Android Auto is considered a strong advantage.
- Android Automotive knowledge is desirable.
- Experienced working with and managing external supplier(s).
- Launch exposure and having seen through at least one complete development lifecycle for an infotainment system or sub-domain.
- Awareness of market specific requirements for a global infotainment product rollout (e.g., Europe, North America, APAC and GCC).
- Enthusiasm and passion: self-motivated, solution driven, and customer focused.
- High level of engagement to solve issues and drive resolution even outside of own working field.
- Excellent communicator with an open and structured mindset.
- High integrity and trust in all activities and communication.
- Flexible regarding travels to UK, Sweden, China and other countries if needed.
- Fluent in English.
