**Fast Track Trainee** - Operation & Technology**

Für die Dauer von 18 Monaten.

**Das erwartet Dich im Team Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement**:

- Du unterstützt unsere Projektmanager bei großen Transformations
- sowie IT-Einführungsprojekten
- Du verantwortest kleinere Projekte die folgende Aufgaben beinhalten können: Prozessanalyse, Datensammlung, Prozessoptimierung, Prozessdokumentation, Definition von KPI und Qualitätskriterien
- Du Unterstütz unsere Fachbereiche in der Prozessstandardisierung - Anpassung der länderspezifischen Prozesse an die regionalen Prozessstandards und beim Stakeholder Management

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du hast bereits Dein Studium im Bereich, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast erste Projekterfahrungen in deinem Studium gesammelt
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und eine große Prozess
- und/ oder IT-Affinität
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer, arbeitest engagiert, organisiert, selbständig und hast den Blick für das Wesentliche
- Du übernimmst gern Projektverantwortung und bleibst am Ball, bis das gemeinsame Ziel erreicht ist
- Du bist Du und überzeugst durch Deine individuelle Persönlichkeit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr ausgeprägte Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
