Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und ergebnisorientierten Director People and Organisational Development, der unsere People & Organisational Development-Agenda auf die Unternehmensziele und -bedürfnisse abstimmt.

**Die Abteilung**

Die Abteilung People & Organisation ist als Berater und Coach für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen unserer Businessabteilungen für alle Aspekte des Personalbereichs verantwortlich. Bei uns kommst du in ein engagiertes Team mit hoher Eigeninitiative, das für teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie transparente Kommunikation steht.

**Die Position**

Als Director People and Organisation Development hast du die Chance, alle Aspekte von Talent
- und Organisations-Entwicklung zu führen und zu gestalten und damit das Wachstum und den zukünftigen Geschäftserfolg in der Region Deutschland entscheidend mit zu beeinflussen. Du wirst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managementteam Lösungen in den Bereichen Organisationsentwicklung, Kultur und Arbeitsweisen vorantreiben, um unsere ambitionierten Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.

Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören:

- Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer Programme und Initiativen zur Entwicklung von Führungskräften und Talenten für die gesamte Region Deutschland
- Auf Basis der Geschäftsstrategie Definition der zukünftig benötigten organisatorischen und funktionalen Fähigkeiten einschließlich der Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Leitung von Initiativen für kulturelle und verhaltensbezogene Veränderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managementteam
- Gestaltung und Implementierung von Karriere
- und Entwicklungsplänen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
- Implementierung von Early Talent und Trainee-Programmen zur Talentförderung und Leitung des Talent and Development Teams

**Qualifikationen**
- Hochschulabschluss in Psychologie oder Geisteswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit vertieften HR-Kenntnissen
- Schlagkräftige Erfahrung in der Personalschulung und -entwicklung oder der Erwachsenenbildung als zertifizierter Trainer/Coach, idealerweise in internationalen Konzernen
- Mehrjährige Teamleitungserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Change Management bzw. Cultural Transformation
- Kommunikationsstärke und Moderations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
