**Deine Aufgaben**

Rechnungslegung, Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung: In Deinen Spezialgebieten hast Du auch auf komplexe Fragestellungen immer eine Antwort. Deinem Blick für jedes Detail entgeht nichts bei der Bilanz, GuV sowie der fristgerechten Erstellung der monatlichen Abschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS. Stets beide Augen auf die Qualität, gibst Du die wesentlichen Entwicklungen an das Senior Management weiter. Dabei gilt jederzeit: Was Du tust, hat Struktur und Weitblick, wie z. B. Deine 1A-Prozessdokumentation inkl. notwendiger Kontrollmaßnahmen mit Fokus auf in
- und externe Vorgaben (z. B. Sox, Minimum Standard etc.). Mit sicherer Hand und ausgeprägtem Verständnis für gesetzliche Normen und Standards, sorgst Du für eine ordnungsgemäße Buchführung, ergreifst das Ruder für Projektthemen von Konzept bis Umsetzung (z. B. neue Produkte oder Regularien) und optimierst unsere Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft. Apropos Expertise: Proaktiv schlaust Du Dich und Dein Team zu Datenflüssen sowie relevanten Systemen auf (z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW etc.).

**Dein Profil**
- BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Bilanzierung oder Konzernrechnungslegung bzw. Ausbildung zum*zur (Bilanz-)Buchhalter*in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Buchhaltungs
- und Bilanzierungskenntnisse sowie Know-how in SAP Standardsoftware (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Bank Analyzer)
- Fit in MS Office
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement-Skills
- Organisations
- und Kommunikationstalent gepaart mit selbstständiger und systematischer Arbeitsweise
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
