**Network Security Expert (f/m/d) to secure our assets in our networks.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for driving the defense of our network both on-prem and in the cloud
- You will work closely with peers and colleagues across Network Engineering, Cybersecurity Operations and Cybersecurity Governance to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and best practices
- You will develop, drive, and implement the network security strategy
- You will be the go-to person for internal projects related to network security

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity or comparable; completed relevant network-related certifications or other Industry Certifications such as GDSA, CRTSA, CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, CISA, or ISSAP are desirable
- You have several years of experience as Cybersecurity Network Engineer, Architect, or related functional areas
- We also welcome applicants with completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this field
- Ideally, you have experience in configuration and administration of network security devices from leading vendors
- You have a solid understanding of cloud networking technologies and design principles, as well as next generation network security technologies (e.g. software-defined network architectures, SASE, ZTNA)

- You are a person who understands the business needs as well as the technical risks, and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information to business language
- You enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to find solutions that meet stakeholder’s expectations
- You are a quick learner and have the aptitude to get into new technologies and architectures
- You have advanced English and clear and concise communication skills that enable you to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise
