**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Führungskraft im Software Engineering begleitest du ca. 10 DevOps Engineers in mehreren Teams.
- Du lebst verteilte/laterale Führung vor (z.B. SCRUM Rollen) und schaffst Rahmenbedingungen und Gelegenheiten, so dass deine Teams selbst Entscheidungen treffen können und wollen.
- Du gibst Halt durch Orientierung und Leitlinien, indem du deine Teams mit den richtigen Informationen und Kontakten ausstattest.
- Du förderst Selbstverantwortung, indem du gewünschtes Verhalten konsequent, nachvollziehbar und sichtbar honorierst und ungewünschtem Verhalten konsequent mit Coaching und Begleitung begegnest.
- Du entwickelst dich selbst und deine Mitarbeiter:innen weiter.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung, wenn es einmal nicht so gut läuft.
- Du schaffst in der übergreifenden Organisation eine Kultur, welche Selbstorganisation, Selbstverantwortung, Experimentierfreudigkeit und Innovation begünstigt.
- Du setzt Dich mit der Fachlichkeit (Use Cases, Domain Events, Bounded Contexts, Ubiquitous Language, Stakeholder, Abhängigkeiten) deiner Teams auseinander, um Gespräche auf Augenhöhe zu führen.
- Du hast die Interessen von Kunden genauso im Blick wie die deiner Mitarbeiter:innen, der Organisation und der Stakeholder:innen.
