**Job scope**

**Your tasks**

As a Controller (M/F/d) you will be an important part of our team and support us in developing the department and achieving our common business goals.

The position is a full-time position at our headquarters in Neuss, Germany, with the possibility to work flexibly from home.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Preparing and commenting on monthly management reports and KPIs.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports, including preparation of decision papers and presentations.
- Analysis of costs and revenues of group units on cost type, cost centre and cost unit level.
- Supporting the coordination, implementation and further development of the budget and forecast processes in the Group.
- Support in the implementation, maintenance and further development of an internal control system including processes and controls for the FLT Group.
- Support special projects such as the implementation of software solutions for the finance department.

**Profile**
- University degree in business administration with focus on controlling, investment and financing.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point, adept at setting up pivot tables and efficient use of workbooks and presentations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a plant engineering or manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of German accounting (HGB).
- Written and spoken German and English (business fluent).
- Experience with Microsoft NAV / Business Central / Dynamics 365 is desirable.
- Team spirit, initiative, willingness to learn and active participation.
- Willingness to learn and try out new things - with unconventional thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Open-mindedness and flexibility.
