**Intern Precision Ag (M/F/d)**

**The Aftermarket, Customer Support & Precision Ag Strategy Team is** seeking an intern to join our team. As a Precision AgTraining Intern, you will assist in the development, delivery, and enhancement of training programs focused on precision agriculture technologies. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agricultural technology while working alongside industry professionals.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials and resources for precision agriculture dealer trainings.
- Support the execution of training sessions for dealer trainings, both in-person and virtually.
- Help facilitate discussions and activities during training sessions to ensure participant engagement.
- Collaborate with experienced trainers to refine and enhance training content based on participant feedback.
- Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of technology used in training sessions, such as software demonstrations and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue preparation, and material distribution.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to help improve future training programs.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Precision Agriculture, or a related field.
- Valid tractor driver license, with practical experience operating agricultural machinery.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
