**About the job**

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Head of Strategic Initiatives to join our team in revolutionizing the global trade of used commercial vehicles. As a part of the executive leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional team leads to drive the strategic vision and execution of WTX.

This is a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of used commercial vehicle trade and have a direct impact on the success of a rapidly growing venture. Your responsibilities will range from driving strategic projects, managing key initiatives, and working directly with the CEO on investor relations, fundraising and other related activities.

With a focus on delivering results that have a high impact, you will get the space to grow and take on more responsibilities as the company evolves.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to advance strategic initiatives and drive the success of WTX
- Lead cross-functional key projects and initiatives, including initiatives aimed at growth and/or at quickly testing key hypotheses
- Be the trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and the management team, providing valuable insights, ideas and recommendations for decision making
- Work with the CEO on investor relations and fundraising, including preparing presentations, organizing events, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the CEO in day-to-day activities, regular meetings, and follow-ups
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, and proactively find solutions to ensure the success of WTX

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:

- 4-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or a top-tier scale-up or venture building
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or technology
- A proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and executing cross-functional projects with a results-driven approach
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex business situations and develop effective solutions
- Hands-on mentality to find and execute pragmatic solutions
- A passion for startups and a drive to make an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
