Field Service Technician

**Role Summary**:
Perform commissioning and service/repair work on customer site in Germany, occasionally abroad (worldwide). Especially mechatronic pumps/pump systems. (e.g. SIHIboost / dry).

**Tasks & Requirements**:

- Supporting repair work in the service workshop in Erfurt.
- Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
- Preparation of damage documentation
- Carrying out customer training
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or similar
- Experience with mechatronic products
- Willingness for intensive field service in Germany and partly abroad
- High quality awareness, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties
- Suitability as a respirator wearer according to G26 III
- Class B driving license
- Good knowledge of English
- SAP knowledge
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Independent, team-oriented work

**Preferred experience/knowledge**:

- Professional experience as a service technician in the field of pump and vacuum technology
- Experience in BUS communication
