**Deine Aufgaben**

Erfahrener Stratege, der in der Lage ist, die Entwicklung einer Multi-GW-Pipeline des Geschäfts mit erneuerbaren Energien durch organisches Wachstum und durch Partnerschaften/M&A strategisch zu gestalten.
- Du leistest einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der langfristigen Strategie und des Geschäftsmodells von Uniper im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien sowie des zugrunde liegenden langfristigen Geschäftsplans zur Schaffung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten von mehr als 1 GW pro Jahr
- Du treibst die Geschäftsstrategie für neue Märkte und Technologien voran, insbesondere für hybride Energieerzeugung (Wind und Sonne), Batteriespeicherlösungen vor Ort, Agri-PV, Skywind und Offshore-Wind
- Du positionierst Uniper Renewables auf dem Markt gegenüber Mitarbeitern, Entwicklern von erneuerbaren Energien, Grundstückseigentümern, Corporate Offtakern und Anlegern
- Du baust das Geschäft strukturell auf und verbesserst es kontinuierlich (Prozesse, Richtlinien, Governance), indem Du die Struktur, die Prozesse und die Steuerungsprinzipien entwickelst und umsetzt sowie die Schnittstellen zu den Funktionen der Uniper-Gruppe verwaltest
- Du baust ein Compliance-System und eine Compliance-Kultur im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien auf
- Du entwickelst, implementierst und kontrollierst KPIs, Performance Management für den Bereich Erneuerbare Energien und andere Instrumente für ein hervorragendes Projektmanagement
- Du beobachtest den Markt, entwickelst ihn langfristig und analysierst ihn
- Du arbeitest optimal mit dem Renewables-Team zusammen, das aus Entwicklern, Ingenieuren, Projekt-, Vertrags
- und Abnahmeleitern, Markt
- und Strategieanalysten sowie einem Netzwerk externer Partner besteht
- Du erstattest Bericht an den Senior Vice President - Strategie und Geschäftsentwicklung, Uniper Renewables

**Dein Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder ähnlichem
- Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Führungspositionen, idealerweise im Bereich Strategie/Unternehmensentwicklung/Beratung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Marktes für erneuerbare Energien mit Schwerpunkt auf Windkraft
- und Solar-PV-Anlagen
- Kreative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Sinn für Humor
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management
- Nachgewiesene internationale Arbeitserfahrung und Verständnis für kulturelle Unterschiede
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
